The hours for trick or treating in the Village of Melrose will be on Tuesday, October 31st from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.  The Friends of Melrose will also host a post trick-or-treating party at the Melrose Elementary starting at 7:00 p.m.  There will be drawings and food available.
